Who is eligible to apply for a Lowe’s Preload PLUS account?

Anyone who operates a business in the United States is eligible to apply for the Lowe’s Preload PLUS product. Depending on the type of business that is applying for the card, additional information may be required to collect on the company for compliance purposes.
